Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located on the main street, which can be noisy, but the rooms are clean and of a decent size. However, lacking coffee and tea making facilities was a downside. The service was very accommodating with efficient arrangements like early morning cabs. The location is perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to the main square and surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience varied from enjoyable to disappointing, depending on personal preferences. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but they can get very hot in warm weather due to direct sunlight in the mornings. The back section rooms are reasonably quiet unless the bins are emptied early. The new section at the back is exceptionally quiet.
Staying next to the old town had its challenges with the crowds, but the spacious and clean room with functional decor was a pleasant surprise. The service was a mixed bag, ranging from grumpy to extremely helpful. The location, just a few hundred meters from the main square of the old town, was a real highlight despite some chaos. The dining experience offered a good variety despite the morning rush. Overall, a comfortable stay with some hiccups in service and crowd management.
The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms, and the staff was very helpful although the English breakfast was not available. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and the train station. The dining options were average with limited choices for breakfast, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel was not ready until 2 pm despite prior assurances. The rooms are bright and clean but on the small side with twin beds. The location is excellent, close to the train/bus stations and the old town center, making it a great base for sightseeing.
I stayed in a Classic room at the front overlooking the noisy street which was spacious and very clean. Although lacking cool air in October, the room was comfortable. A suggestion is to request a room at the back in summer to avoid noise from trams and traffic.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had excellent amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from Planty Park and within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and the main square.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and newly renovated rooms. The location was excellent for exploring the city, but noise from the busy side street was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, with convenient options for booking tours at a reasonable price.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful, making my time there even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions in Krakow. The dining experience was good, although it could have been more varied. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
Upon arrival, we found a spacious room with two single beds together and a balcony, although occasionally we had to wait for a table when the dining area was packed full. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a good price, and we all hope to return next year.
